Indonesia’s state-owned energy firm, Pertamina Patra Niaga, has released its inaugural spot purchase tender for sustainable aviation fuel, set to be delivered in August, according to three sources familiar with the document, reported Reuters.
The company is seeking to procure either 150 kiloliters (equivalent to 943 barrels) of neat sustainable aviation fuel via isotanks or 3,500 kiloliters of blended sustainable aviation fuel, containing up to 30% of neat sustainable aviation fuel, for delivery in the first week of August, the sources disclosed.
As per news report, both cargoes are intended for delivery in Bali, Indonesia.
The tender is scheduled to close on June 12, with validity extending until June 17.
As of Reuters’ report, a spokesperson from Pertamina Patra Niaga had not responded immediately to a request for comment.
