Kotyark Industries Limited, India’s only listed pure-play biodiesel company, has been awarded a tender to supply 48,381 KL of biodiesel from October 2024 to September 2025. The company will be providing biodiesel to major Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) including IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL, reported ChiniMandi.
Commenting on this significant achievement, Gaurang Shah, Chairman and Managing Director of Kotyark Industries, said, “We are excited to announce that Kotyark Industries has secured an order for 48,381 KL of biodiesel, valued at approximately Rs 564 crore, excluding GST and transportation charges. This win marks an important operational milestone for us, following our earlier tender success in FY25. The scale of this order provides strong revenue visibility for the remainder of FY25 and sets a solid foundation for the beginning of FY26.”
He continued, “This accomplishment further strengthens Kotyark’s position as a key player in India’s biodiesel sector. Our ability to secure continuous orders from all major OMCs is a clear reflection of the quality of our products and the reliability of our operations. These successive wins highlight our growing market presence and the expansion of our operational capabilities.”
As Kotyark Industries continues to grow, Shah emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting India’s transition to biofuels and sustainable energy. “Our ongoing success in securing large-scale contracts aligns with the nation’s sustainable energy goals. We are proud to be a part of India’s green energy transformation and look forward to further contributing to the country’s renewable energy future,” he concluded.
