Juniper Green Energy wins 230 MW FDRE-RTC power project from SECI

Juniper Green Energy Limited has received a Letter of Award from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for a 230 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock (FDRE-RTC) power project, the company said in a regulatory filing dated August 15, 2026.

The award, dated August 14, 2026, follows the company’s earlier intimation to stock exchanges on August 7, 2026, and was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The project involves construction, commissioning and operation of the 230 MW FDRE-RTC facility, which will be connected to the Inter-State Transmission System in India, according to the filing.

The company said the project carries a contracted tariff of Rs 5.26 per unit. The scheduled commercial operation date is set within 24 months from the effective date of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to be signed with SECI, with the PPA term running for 25 years from the commercial operations date, the filing showed.

Juniper Green Energy stated that the order does not fall within related party transactions and that no promoter, promoter group or group companies have any interest in SECI, the awarding entity.
