Waaree Solar Americas Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has received an order for the supply of 236.22 MW of solar modules from an international customer engaged in developing and managing sustainable infrastructure solutions in the renewable energy space, the company said in a regulatory filing.
According to the filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the order was received on June 29, 2026. The supply of the solar modules is scheduled to take place across the first and second quarters of financial year 2027-28.
The company described the order as a one-time contract and clarified that the promoter and promoter group have no interest in the entity awarding the order, and that the transaction does not fall within the scope of related party transactions.
The disclosure was signed by Rajesh Ghanshyam Gaur, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Waaree Energies, and the company said the information would also be made available on its website.
