Alaska Airlines (AS) is taking a major step towards a sustainable aviation future by investing in JetZero, an innovative company developing a new blended-wing body (BWB) aircraft.
JetZero, based in California, is designing an aircraft that is expected to reduce fuel consumption by up to 50% and lower emissions. This investment underscores Alaska Airlines’ dedication to advancing technology that supports its goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040.
