Waaree Energies Ltd has secured an order to supply 500 megawatts of solar modules to a domestic solar power developer, the company informed stock exchanges on Monday.
In a regulatory filing to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the company said it received the order on February 23, 2026.
The customer is described as a well-known solar power developer operating as an independent power producer. The contract involves a one-time supply of 500 MW solar modules, which will be delivered during the financial year 2026–27.
Waaree Energies clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions. The company also confirmed that neither its promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Regulations. The company said the information has also been made available on its official website.
