Clean-tech firm Greenzo Energy has secured a Rs 320 crore order from Oswal Energies Limited for the supply of electrolysers and balance of plant (BoP) equipment for a 20 MW green hydrogen facility in Kalol and Kutch, Gujarat, the company announced on Wednesday, reports Outlook Business.
The deal boosts Greenzo Energy’s total order book to Rs 1,800 crore, underscoring growing momentum in India’s green hydrogen sector.
Under the agreement, Greenzo Energy will oversee the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of the project, which is expected to be completed within 12 to 15 months. The company will supply its indigenously developed electrolysers and integrated BoP systems, using its in-house expertise in scalable, high-efficiency hydrogen technologies.
BoP equipment includes support systems essential for the operation of core hydrogen production units, such as compressors, control systems, and cooling units.
“This collaboration reflects a powerful alliance between Oswal’s proven EPC expertise and Greenzo’s next-generation hydrogen technologies,” said Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director of Greenzo Energy. “We aim to deliver a benchmark project that showcases India’s clean energy manufacturing strength.”
Echoing the sentiment, Ratan Bokadia, Managing Director of Oswal Energies, said, “This is more than just a business deal. By partnering with Greenzo, we’re investing in sustainable, home-grown technology that will drive industrial growth and contribute to a greener, self-reliant India.”
Greenzo Energy is one of India’s leading manufacturers of electrolysers and integrated hydrogen systems, and this project adds to the country’s efforts to become a global hub for green hydrogen production and clean energy innovation.
