Airco Process Technology has made an announcement to sale an Amine Biogas Upgrading Plant (BUPA) to Sindal Biogas, marking a significant step in the latter’s ongoing expansion efforts, reports Bioenergy Insight.
Sindal Biogas is growing its operations in partnership with major investors, including Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), DBC Invest A/S, and KK Invest 2020.
“We’re excited about this major contract, which highlights our capabilities and experience in handling large-scale projects with some of the most respected clients in the industry,” Airco Process Technology said in a statement.
The company also expressed appreciation for the negotiation process, calling it both constructive and rewarding. “We’re grateful for the trust placed in our company and values. Together, we’re confident this will be a successful collaboration.”
