Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has signed a five-year operation and maintenance (O&M) agreement for a 360 megawatt peak (MWp) solar power project, after receiving the Letter of Award on October 31, 2026, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
According to the filing, the contract was awarded by an unnamed domestic company that the filing describes as a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP). The company classified it as a commercial order. It did not disclose the value of the contract and said the order would be carried out according to its terms.
The company said neither its promoters nor its group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract is not a related party transaction.
