DDEL partners with  International Clean-Tech Partner to accelerate green hydrogen solutions in India and Thailand

DEE Development Engineers Limited (DDEL), a leading Indian provider of specialized process piping solutions for the oil & gas, power, and process industries, has announced a strategic partnership with International Clean-Tech Partner, a globally recognized leader in sustainable energy technologies. This alliance marks DDEL’s entry into the green hydrogen space, focusing on the deployment of modular hydrogen production systems in India and Thailand.

The collaboration, formalized through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), outlines plans to jointly develop, bid for, and execute green hydrogen production system projects. By leveraging International Clean-Tech Partner’s expertise in hydrogen technologies—such as electrolysers, separators, and purification systems—and DDEL’s strengths in manufacturing ultra-pure hydrogen purification systems (up to 99.9999% purity), project execution, and a strong customer base, the two companies aim to accelerate clean energy development in the region.

“This partnership is a pivotal moment in our clean energy journey,” said Mr. Krishan Lalit Bansal, Chairman & Managing Director of DDEL. “With International Clean-Tech Partner’s proven technology and DDEL’s execution capabilities, we are well-positioned to support the green hydrogen goals of both India and Thailand. Hydrogen is emerging as a cornerstone of global decarbonization, and we are proud to move forward with such a capable and visionary partner.”

International Clean-Tech Partner brings a robust track record in environmental and clean energy systems, with projects around the world in hydrogen generation, flue gas cleaning, and ultra-low emission technologies—delivering high-efficiency, environmentally sustainable outcomes.

DDEL has further expanded its clean energy capabilities through the acquisition of a majority stake in M/s Molsieve Designs Limited, a company with over two decades of expertise in manufacturing high-purity hydrogen purification systems. This move enhances DDEL’s technical know-how and production capacity within its growing green energy portfolio.

Key Highlights of the MoU:

International Clean-Tech Partner will provide technical support for containerized and modular green hydrogen projects, supply core systems and subsystems, and collaborate on digital modeling, documentation, and co-branded outreach.

DDEL will handle local marketing, tender participation, statutory approvals, project execution, and long-term after-sales support in India and Thailand.

Strategic Benefits of the Collaboration:

The partnership positions both companies to gain a competitive edge in the rapidly growing green hydrogen market, where few players combine deep global technology with local execution capabilities.

It directly supports the Government of India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission, which aims to establish India as a global hub for the production, usage, and export of green hydrogen and its derivatives.

The collaboration also aligns with Thailand’s renewable energy roadmap and DDEL’s broader commitment to driving sustainable infrastructure and clean energy adoption.

DDEL’s Board of Directors believes this partnership will generate long-term value for shareholders and further solidify the company’s position as a significant contributor to India’s clean energy transition.
