ELRIDGE Energy Holdings Bhd, through its subsidiary Bio Eneco Sdn Bhd, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PT Orion APAC Indonesia to supply 150,000 metric tons of palm kernel shells annually for three years, starting in April 2025.
The agreement also includes an option for a three-year extension.
This deal is anticipated to enhance Elridge Energy’s financial performance and highlights both companies’ dedication to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.
