ACME Solar arm commissions 15 MW BESS unit in Rajasthan

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL) said its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, has commissioned a 15 MW/240.752 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project at Sanwara and Mehar Nagar villages in Pokhran tehsil, Jaisalmer district, Rajasthan, on August 27, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.

The commercial operation date (COD) for the unit is set for August 29, 2026, the company said in the filing made under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The disclosure was made in continuation of ASHL’s earlier intimation dated July 20, 2026.

With the latest addition, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited’s total commissioned BESS capacity has reached 300 MW/1354.224 MWh, the filing stated.
