Kotyark Industries Limited has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for the supply of 1,662 KL of biodiesel, with an aggregate deliverable value of approximately Rs 15.41 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE.
According to the filing, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) — Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), HPCL and BPCL — had invited bids through a Joint Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of biodiesel during June to August 2026, in which the company had participated. The company said it received an LOI from BPCL, dated August 3, 2026, for 1,287 KL of biodiesel worth approximately Rs 11.93 crore, received via email on August 4, 2026. A separate LOI from HPCL, dated August 4, 2026, was for 375 KL of biodiesel worth approximately Rs 3.48 crore, received via email on August 5, 2026. Both orders pertain to the supply period from June to August 2026.
The company noted that the OMCs issued the LOIs directly without releasing a separate allotment sheet, a process similar to that followed in the December 2025 and April 2025 tender cycles. It said the direct issuance facilitated timely communication of the allocation and expedited the issuance of corresponding purchase orders, reflecting a streamlined tender process and its continued business association with the OMCs.
The filing stated that the supply is to be executed in Gujarat, with neither the promoter or promoter group having any interest in the awarding entities nor the orders falling within related-party transactions.
