Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WAAREERTL) has signed a turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for a 210 MWp (150 MWac) grid-connected ground-mount solar project, along with two years of operation and maintenance (O&M) services, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, filed with the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), with the company confirming it had received intimation of the order on August 5, 2026.
According to the filing, the order was awarded by Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited (SHEPL), a step-down subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, the parent company of WAAREERTL. The filing stated that SHEPL has an interest in the transaction and confirmed that the order falls within related-party transactions, executed on an arm’s length basis.
The company said the commercial, domestic order is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28, as per the terms of the contract.
