Kotyark Industries Limited, a micro-cap company specializing in the manufacture and sale of biodiesel and related by-products such as glycerin, has received an order worth Rs. 30.30 crore from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for biodiesel supply. The company provides cleaner fuel solutions to the transport, industrial, and power sectors across India.
In a filing to the stock exchange, Kotyark Industries stated, “We participated in a tender/bid against joint EOI no. – OMC/EOI/BD/OCT25 (CYCLE1), Tender ID – 2025_MKTHO_187178_1, dated 20th October 2025, for the procurement of biodiesel. We wish to inform that the company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) via email dated 12th December 2025, for a total deliverable cost of approximately Rs. 30.30 crore from Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The supply is scheduled for the period from November 2025 to March 2026.”
Kotyark Industries noted a change in the current tender cycle. “In the previous cycles, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) issued an allocation sheet before releasing LOIs. However, in this cycle, OMCs issued LOIs directly, similar to the process followed in the March 2025 tender. This streamlined approach allows faster confirmation of purchase orders, reflecting improved operational efficiency and reinforcing the company’s position,” the filing added.
Incorporated in 2016, Kotyark Industries is a leading manufacturer of biodiesel and its by-products in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The company focuses on green energy and the sustainable development of renewable resources through environmentally friendly technologies. Its Swaroopganj unit in District Sirohi, Rajasthan, has a production capacity of 1,500 KL of biodiesel and 210 KL of crude glycerine per day from multi-feedstock, while its Padgol unit in District Anand, Gujarat, can produce 100 KL of biodiesel per day from multi-feedstock.
