Dubai, UAE: ENOC Group is underscoring its commitment to sustainability and innovation at the 19th Dubai Airshow, supplying Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to Jetex customer aircraft as part of its broader effort to support the energy sector’s transition toward net-zero emissions. The Group is also showcasing its latest clean-energy technologies and partnerships at Dubai Airports’ Sustainability Showcase, reports Zawya.
Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting CEO of ENOC Group, said the company remains focused on providing dependable and future-oriented energy solutions that support national goals, including the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050 and the Dubai Green Mobility Strategy 2030. He said ENOC’s participation reflects its aim to promote sustainable aviation, strengthen mobility solutions and back innovations that can shape the future of the aerospace sector.
ENOC’s supply of SAF during the Airshow aligns with Jetex’s efforts to cut carbon emissions from its operations. The partnership between the two companies is aimed at speeding up the use of low-emission fuel alternatives and raising sustainability standards in aviation.
Jetex Founder and CEO Adel Mardini said the company’s environmental approach centres on reducing emissions, increasing recycling and adopting modern green technologies across its global operations. He said Jetex is pleased to fuel its aircraft with SAF at the event.
As part of its wider presence at the Dubai Airshow 2025, ENOC is also highlighting several clean-energy initiatives, including its work with Dubai Airports to shift ground operations from traditional fuels to biodiesel. ENOC’s dedicated biofuel tanker is being showcased as an example of the Group’s commitment to low-carbon transport and enhanced fuel-delivery systems.
ENOC is also presenting its green hydrogen fuelling station at Expo City Dubai, which will power the hydrogen-fuelled airport bus from COBUS. Since its introduction in 2021, the station—combining hydrogen, hydrocarbon and electric energy sources—has become a model for sustainable fuel distribution and practical green-energy use in transport.
