REnergy Dynamics has signed a letter of intent with EUSUSO Denmark, marking a significant development in India’s renewable energy sector. The partnership aims to establish advanced Bio-Gas (CBG) plants across the country, leveraging over 40 years of Danish expertise in Bio-Gas technology.
The collaboration is poised to elevate India’s Bio-Gas industry by introducing Danish innovations. These include a patented pre-treatment system designed to enhance the efficiency of anaerobic digestion processes. By converting agricultural residues such as paddy straw into a hydrophilic state using a mechanical steam blast technique, the system reduces straw volume by up to 85%. This innovation not only simplifies transportation and digestion but also increases methane yield potential by 16-18% for paddy straw.
Additionally, the advanced digesters deployed in these plants can complete a production cycle in just 20 days, significantly accelerating Bio-Gas production. This rapid process turnaround is expected to contribute significantly to India’s efforts in adopting sustainable and efficient energy solutions.
