The filing, made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, stated that the LOI was received on July 23, 2026, following bids submitted for a tender floated by oil marketing companies (OMCs) — IOCL, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) — for biodiesel supply between June and August 2026.

The order is to be executed during the same period, from June 2026 to August 2026, the company said.

The company added that Letters of Intent for the remaining bid volumes are expected to be issued shortly in favour of Rajputana Biodiesel Limited and Nirvaanraj Energy Private Limited.

The filing noted that the order does not involve any interest of the promoter or promoter group and does not fall within related party transactions.

The disclosure was signed by Rohit Kumar Gauttam, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Rajputana Biodiesel Limited. The company is listed on the NSE under the symbol RAJPUTANA, with ISIN INE0VHU01019.
