NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has commissioned the first part capacity of 64.76 MW out of the 225 MW GSECL RE Park Khavda Solar PV Project in Gujarat, with the capacity declared on commercial operation from 00:00 hours on July 24, 2026.
According to a regulatory filing submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the project belongs to NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NGEL.
The filing stated that the current commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Limited group stood at 10,721.80 MW. With the addition of the newly commissioned capacity, the group’s total installed capacity will rise to 10,786.56 MW.
The disclosure was signed by Deepak C S, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of NTPC Green Energy Limited, who requested the exchanges to take the development on record.
NTPC Green Energy Limited, a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, is listed on the BSE under scrip code 544289 and trades on the NSE under the symbol NTPCGREEN.
