Dhansa Labs subsidiary acquires land in Rajasthan for biogas pellet project at Rs 93.09 lakh

Dhansa Biofuels Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dhansa Labs Limited (formerly known as Ambey Laboratories Limited), has acquired approximately 14.32 Bigha of land in District Bundi, Rajasthan, for a total cash consideration of Rs 93,09,362, according to a regulatory filing.

The land, comprising Khasra Nos. 506 and 519 in Village Roteda, Tehsil Keshoraipatan, District Bundi, Rajasthan, was purchased from Mrs. Rami Bai. The acquisition agreement was executed on May 7, 2026, with the consideration settled entirely through banking channels.

According to the filing, the land is intended for the establishment of a Biogas Pellet Project, forming part of Dhansa Biofuels Power Private Limited’s expansion in the renewable energy sector. No regulatory approvals are required for the transaction, and the company confirmed that it does not constitute a related party transaction. Promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the deal, and it has been conducted at arm’s length.

The disclosure was made by Himanshu Kukreja, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Dhansa Labs Limited, under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dhansa Labs Limited, which operates under the exchange ticker Ambey Laboratories, is the listed parent entity of Dhansa Biofuels Power Private Limited.
