Premier Energies Limited said its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, IBD Solar Powertech (Pvt.) Ltd, incorporated in Bangladesh to operate a solar power plant business, has been formally wound up, according to a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
The company said IBD had no revenue or commercial operations and had applied for voluntary winding-up by strike-off with Bangladesh’s Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms on October 10, 2023. It received the winding-up certificate on September 16, 2026, confirming the closure with effect from September 13, 2026.
As of March 31, 2026, IBD had nil revenue from operations and a negative net worth of Rs 2.09 lakh, the filing showed.
