Juniper Green Energy Limited said its wholly owned subsidiary, Juniper Green Beam Eight Private Limited, fully commissioned a 75 MW wind-solar hybrid power project after completing the entire 25 MW solar component at the project site on September 17, 2026.
In a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange and the BSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, the company said the project operates under a power purchase agreement with The Tata Power Company Limited. The disclosure follows an earlier intimation filed by Juniper Green Energy on August 12, 2026, on the same project.
With this commissioning, the aggregate operational capacity of Juniper Green Energy Limited and its subsidiaries stood at approximately 2,725 MWp, along with approximately 500 MWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity, as of the date of the filing.
