Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a 124 MWp (88 MWac) ground-mounted solar photovoltaic project, the company informed stock exchanges on August 10, 2026.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in a filing to the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
