Greenlane announces multi-unit purchase agreement for biogas desulfurization equipment

On August 6, Greenlane Renewables Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Airdep S.r.l., has secured a €1.3 million ($2 million) multi-unit purchase agreement with a repeat European customer for biogas desulfurization equipment. These units are designed to remove hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from raw biogas, thereby protecting downstream equipment.

Greenlane produces biogas desulfurization equipment for various applications, including biogas-to-biomethane and biogas-to-power systems globally. In North America, the equipment is marketed under the Greenlane Cascade H2S brand, while it is known as the Airdep DBC brand elsewhere.

Ian Kane, President and CEO of Greenlane, remarked, “Securing a new contract for multiple biogas desulfurization units in Europe highlights both our extensive product range and the demand for our advanced technologies. We are well-equipped to provide innovative solutions to clients worldwide, with these biogas desulfurization products available both independently and in combination with Greenlane’s biogas upgrading systems.”

He added that H2S removal is essential for every biogas project, and Greenlane’s biogas desulfurization product line offers a proven, robust, and cost-effective regenerative solution aimed at minimizing operating expenses.
