The expansion of the biogas plant in Lavigny has taken an important step forward with the successful completion of a pressure test ahead of schedule, reports Bioenergy Insight.
The project is being carried out by Kanadevia Inova in partnership with Ecorecyclage SA, part of the Holdigaz Group, which has been using Kompogas® technology at the site since 2008. The latest phase includes the addition of a second digester to increase the plant’s processing capacity.
Chasper Schmid, Site Manager at Kanadevia Inova, said the early completion reflected strong coordination across the project. He noted that planning and execution had come together smoothly thanks to effective teamwork.
Project leaders said the achievement demonstrates the efficiency and commitment of all partners involved in delivering the expansion.
