Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from a public sector undertaking (PSU) on October 8, 2026, for a 5 MWp grid-connected solar photovoltaic project, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The order covers turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work, followed by comprehensive operation and maintenance for 10 years. According to the filing, the EPC work must be completed within 12 months from the date the LOA was issued.
The company said the domestic commercial order was not a related-party transaction and that its promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity. Waaree Renewable Technologies, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, is listed on the BSE under scrip code 534618 and on the NSE under the symbol WAAREERTL.
