ZNShine Solarworld Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited, received a purchase order worth Rs 78.75 crore for the supply of 96,000 solar panels on September 29, 2026, according to the company’s regulatory filing.
The order is for G12R 625 Wp solar panels at a unit price of Rs 7,812.50 each. This brings the basic order value to Rs 75 crore, while the total value, including 5 per cent Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST), comes to Rs 78.75 crore, the filing showed.
The company did not name the buyer and described it as a leading renewable energy player. It said the order was placed by a domestic entity and that the purchase order is subject to the terms and conditions specified in it.
The filing did not give a fixed delivery timeline. It said the order would be executed as per the terms and conditions in the purchase order.
The company said its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the order. It added that the transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
