Rajputana Biodiesel Limited on Wednesday said its subsidiary, Nirvaanraj Energy Private Limited, has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) from state-owned oil marketing company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) for the supply of 1,271 kilolitres (KL) of biodiesel, valued at about Rs 11.83 crore, including GST.
The company said the biodiesel will be supplied to BPCL’s Bijwasan facility in Delhi. The LOI, dated July 27, 2026, was received by email on July 28, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
The order covers biodiesel supplies scheduled between June and August 2026 and forms part of a tender floated jointly by public sector oil marketing companies Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and BPCL for procurement during the three-month period.
Rajputana Biodiesel said additional Letters of Intent for the remaining bid quantities are expected to be issued in favour of Rajputana Biodiesel Limited and its subsidiary, Nirvaanraj Energy Private Limited.
The company also stated that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in BPCL, and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction under applicable regulations. The company recorded the event as occurring at 8:30 pm IST on July 28, 2026.
