Vikram Solar Limited has secured a 124 MW module supply order for a solar project in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
In a disclosure to the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the company said the order was awarded by Capital Energy Private Limited. Vikram Solar will supply its high-efficiency G12R TOPCon modules, rated between 620 Wp and 630 Wp, under the one-time order.
Module supplies are scheduled to begin in October 2026, with the order to be executed by the end of the third quarter of 2026, the filing showed. The company said the order builds on its recent capacity expansion to 15.5 GW of module manufacturing.
Vikram Solar Chief Executive Officer Sameer Nagpal said the order reflected confidence in the company’s capacity and technology, and described it as further evidence that solar developers were seeking partners able to match India’s pace of energy expansion with advanced module technology.
Vikram Solar, headquartered in Kolkata, has a presence across 39 countries and operates through a network of 119 authorised distributors and more than 750 dealers, the company said. It added that the counterparty had no relation to its promoter or promoter group and that the transaction did not fall under related-party transactions.
