Rhetan TMT Limited has commenced power generation from its 1 MW (AC) captive ground-mounted solar power project, the company said in a disclosure to the stock exchanges.
The filing, made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, came in continuation of the company’s earlier communication dated August 6, 2026. Rhetan TMT said the project’s commissioning marks the completion of its renewable energy initiative, following statutory approvals, infrastructure development, installation and testing.
The solar plant is now operational and supplying power for captive consumption at the company’s manufacturing facility in Kadi, Gujarat, according to the filing. The project is expected to meet part of the facility’s energy requirements and support the integration of renewable energy into the company’s manufacturing operations.
The company said the development reflects its continued focus on strengthening manufacturing infrastructure and adopting sustainable energy solutions as part of its long-term business strategy, adding that it would keep the exchanges informed of further material developments.
