Israel: USD 87 Million allocated for projects to reduce greenhouse emissions

Israel’s Ministry of Environmental Protection has unveiled a new initiative valued at around 300 million shekels (approximately USD 87 million), aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and cutting greenhouse gas emissions within the industrial sector.

The plan will support projects focused on reducing or converting fuel usage and improving electricity consumption efficiency.

According to the Ministry, the initiative is designed to boost industrial competitiveness while encouraging more sustainable and efficient energy practices.
