Galo Solar aims to target 100 MW rooftop installations by FY 2026

Galo Solar, one of India’s fastest-growing renewable energy companies, has announced its ambitious target to reach 100 MW of rooftop solar installations by the end of FY 2026. This move reinforces the company’s commitment to making clean, affordable energy accessible to households and businesses across the country. Having already surpassed 50 MW in rooftop capacity, Galo Solar is now laying the groundwork to double this figure within the next financial year through its rapidly expanding dealer and distributor network.

Driving this growth is Galo Solar’s fully integrated business model, which offers a comprehensive suite of products — including solar panels, inverters, structures, and AC/DC distribution boxes — under a single brand. This all-in-one solution reduces costs, streamlines the installation process, and enhances the overall customer experience.

Commenting on the company’s vision, Jai, CEO of Galo Solar, stated: “At Galo Solar, our dealers and distributors are more than partners — they’re brand ambassadors who carry trust along with our solutions. Our goal of reaching 100 MW by FY 2026 isn’t just about capacity. It’s about building a clean energy ecosystem that fosters job creation, skill development, and carbon reduction. Our systems will generate millions of units of green electricity annually, helping India advance towards its Net Zero targets.”

Galo Solar is also leveraging key government initiatives such as the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, which has played a critical role in making solar energy more affordable and accessible for Indian households. By equipping its partners with the right training, technical support, and understanding of government schemes, the company ensures customers benefit seamlessly from available incentives.

The industrial and commercial (B2B) segment is expected to be a major growth driver, as businesses increasingly adopt solar energy to reduce electricity costs and carbon emissions. At the same time, Galo Solar’s expansion into tier-2 and tier-3 cities is fostering local employment by creating opportunities for engineers, technicians, and young professionals — supporting both India’s renewable energy goals and national skill development efforts.

With a strong focus on affordability, quality service, and customer trust, Galo Solar is positioning itself to become a leading rooftop solar brand in India by FY 2026.
