EV maker Zeekr to launch sales in Germany with three models starting at €37,990

Zeekr, the Chinese electric vehicle brand owned by Geely, will start selling its cars in Germany on Monday, offering three models with prices beginning at €37,990 ($44,065), according to a report by Elektroauto-News, reports The Economic Times.

Chinese carmakers have been steadily expanding in Europe, relying on competitive prices and modern technology to gain a foothold in a market long led by European and American manufacturers. The push comes as global demand continues to shift toward electric vehicles.

Zeekr is targeting premium individual buyers along with medium-sized companies, large corporate fleets, and major car rental firms, the company’s Europe CEO Lothar Schupet told Elektroauto-News.

“The interest is very high. Several DAX-listed companies and major leasing firms are waiting for our electric cars,” he said, noting that Zeekr has already formed partnerships with BNP Paribas and Arval for corporate fleet programs.

According to Elektroauto-News, the company plans to enter Spain, Italy, France and the U.K. in 2026.
