The agreement includes the design, construction, and operation of a 10MW Green Hydrogen plant in Sarawak, Malaysia, valued at approximately USD 17 million.

The plant will leverage advanced modular technology to enhance efficiency and scalability. Phase 1 is set to begin operations in Q1 2026, utilizing European electrolysis technology for hydrogen production. Discussions are ongoing with Korean and Malaysian companies for hydrogen storage and transportation solutions.
With an expected competitive production cost, the plant is positioned to be a key player in the Asia-Pacific hydrogen market, reinforcing Malaysia’s role in the global clean energy transition.
