Adani Total Gas volumes rise 13% in March quarter, 15% in entire FY25 fiscal

Adani Total Gas Ltd (ATGL), a key player in India’s energy transition landscape, announced its financial and operational performance for the January–March quarter and the full financial year 2024–25 on Monday. The company recorded a 13% growth in business volume during the March quarter and a 15% rise across the entire fiscal year.

The company’s CNG network continued to expand, reaching a total of 1,072 stations with the addition of 73 new outlets during the quarter. Meanwhile, domestic PNG (piped natural gas) connections surpassed the one million milestone, totaling 1.14 million and benefiting over four million individuals daily.

In the industrial and commercial segments, ATGL added 468 new customers, increasing its total connections to 10,417. The company also extended its steel pipeline network to a cumulative 24,906 inch-km.

On the financial front, ATGL reported a 15% year-on-year increase in standalone revenue from operations for the March quarter, reaching ₹1,448 crore. For the full fiscal year, operational revenue rose by 12% to ₹5,398 crore, largely driven by higher volumes in the CNG segment.

Commenting on the performance, Suresh P. Manglani, Executive Director and CEO of ATGL, said, “Team ATGL has sustained its focus on expanding access to CNG and PNG for the wider population. We now serve close to 1 million PNG customers and operate 647 CNG stations. Despite challenges in domestic gas allocation within the CGD sector, we maintained our operational momentum and achieved an EBITDA of ₹1,167 crore, supported by digital initiatives and operational excellence.”

The company also made notable progress in its sustainability-driven ventures. In the e-mobility segment, ATGL installed 3,401 EV charging points, of which 2,338 are already operational. In the biomass sector, the company stabilized compressed biogas (CBG) production at its Barsana plant and launched “Harit Amrit,” an organic fertilizer brand. Additionally, ATGL commissioned its first LNG station in Tiruppur.

“These initiatives align with our commitment to lead India’s energy mobility transition with a strong customer focus and ensure long-term sustainable growth,” Manglani added.
