ACME Solar Holdings Limited incorporated 18 wholly owned subsidiaries on October 6, 2026, to develop, set up and operate power generation and renewable energy projects, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The new entities are Clearstone Powertech, Deeptam Energy, Ojaswi Renewables, Marut Wind Power, Greenstone Powertech, Dyumna Greentech, Kiranmay Greentech, Spandana Renewables, Clearray Powertech, Brightray Powertech, Brightstone Powertech, Clearbeam Urja, Brightvale Powertech, Sudyumna Renewables, Cleargrid Powertech, Verdant Powertech, Sphurti Urja and Vasudha Greentech, all registered as private limited companies in Gurugram, Haryana.
According to the filing, ACME Solar fully subscribed to the initial paid-up share capital in cash at a cost of Rs 1,00,000, comprising 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. No government or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation.
