A Qatari company has successfully transported hundreds of tons of specialized equipment to a new biodiesel facility within the country, reports Heavylift.
JSL Global moved the large shipment from Hamad Port to the plant. The cargo included essential items for the biofuel production process, such as distillation towers, condensers, re-boilers, and heavy steel structures.
In total, the company moved 820 tonnes of equipment, with the overall project scheduled to run from December of this year until August 2025.
The work involved moving oversized tanks and delicate machinery. JSL Global was also responsible for coordinating with port and transport authorities to ensure the equipment was delivered directly to the plant, with escort services for the large loads.
JSL Global, which is the exclusive Qatari member of the Worldwide Project Consortium, recently handled another major project, delivering a chain trencher from the UAE to South Africa.
