Solex Energy Limited, a trusted name in India’s solar industry, has launched two advanced, high-efficiency solar products as part of its strategic expansion into Rajasthan. This move aims to provide reliable, high-performance, climate-resilient solar solutions to meet the region’s increasing demand for renewable energy.
The unveiling event was attended by key stakeholders, including banking officials, partners, and senior leaders from Solex, such as Chairman & Managing Director Shri Chetan Shah, Whole-time Director Shri Piyush Chandak, and Director Shri Vipul Shah.
Solex introduced two new solar modules designed specifically to withstand Rajasthan’s harsh climate and high solar irradiance. The first module, named Tapi R, is the country’s first rectangular cell module featuring N-Type TOPCon technology. It offers a power output between 595 and 625 W and a module efficiency of 23.14%. With 132 half-cut rectangular cells, Tapi R delivers superior energy generation, enhanced heat tolerance, and reliable low-light performance. The product comes with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance warranty, making it ideal for both rooftop systems and large-scale utility applications.
The second product, part of the Tapi Series, is a dual-glass N-Type module that delivers between 570 and 595 W of power with 144 half-cut cells and an efficiency of 23.03%. Its dual-glass structure offers better mechanical strength and resistance to Potential Induced Degradation (PID), as well as superior protection from Rajasthan’s extreme heat, dust, and UV exposure. Like the Tapi R, this series also includes a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year performance guarantee, ensuring long-term reliability and value.
During the launch, Chairman and MD Chetan Shah emphasized Solex’s commitment to customer-driven innovation: “Our new product range is designed not only for efficiency but also for long-term reliability in challenging conditions like those in Rajasthan.
