In a significant move aimed at reshaping the solar customer experience in India, Satya Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd., an authorised channel partner of Tata Power Solar, officially launched the Satya Solar Mobile Application on December 15, 2025. Along with the app, the company also introduced “Satya AI,” an AI-powered brand ambassador designed to offer round-the-clock customer support and personalised solar advisory services.
The twin launch signals a strategic shift in the Indian solar industry—from installation-centric business models to a service-first, technology-driven approach focused on long-term customer engagement and lifetime value.
While rooftop solar installations in India have expanded rapidly over the past decade, the growth has exposed a key structural challenge in the sector. Despite rising installation numbers, after-sales service remains fragmented, with customers often facing issues related to system maintenance, performance monitoring, panel cleaning, inspections and grievance redressal. These gaps have adversely affected customer confidence and long-term satisfaction.
These issues were validated through a Pan-India feasibility study conducted by 3EA Global, which surveyed 300 respondents across multiple regions. The study identified major shortcomings in the solar retail ecosystem and led to the development of the business model and plan for Satya Solar Systems. According to the findings, two critical barriers continue to hinder solar adoption in India: the lack of structured after-sales service and low awareness of government subsidies and incentive schemes. Many customers, the study found, struggle to access timely post-installation support and remain unaware of financial incentives that could significantly reduce solar adoption costs.
The insights from the study shaped Satya Solar’s next phase of growth. Using data-driven frameworks developed by 3EA Global, the company adopted a service-led, digital-first model to address these pain points. As part of this engagement, 3EA Global designed the scalable business architecture, service framework and long-term growth roadmap, which culminated in the development of the Satya Solar Progressive Web Application (PWA). The platform is intended to support customers throughout the entire solar lifecycle—from installation to long-term ownership.
Addressing the launch, Dr. Vibhor Mishra, CEO of 3EA Global, said the feasibility study clearly showed that the primary challenge for solar customers lies not in installation, but in post-installation service. He noted that service delays, lack of accountability and the absence of structured support systems continue to erode customer trust. He added that the Satya Solar PWA and Satya AI are the result of a carefully designed business model, making them scalable and future-ready solutions for the sector.
Mr. Pranav Bhaskar, Business Partner at 3EA Global, said the survey indicated strong customer intent to adopt solar solutions when supported by continuous guidance, transparency and handholding—especially in areas such as subsidy awareness and system performance monitoring. He added that the Satya Solar App translates the business plan into execution by placing service delivery at the core of the solar customer journey rather than treating it as a secondary element.
The Satya Solar PWA offers users an app-like experience without the need for heavy downloads, ensuring accessibility across devices and customer segments. Designed for both existing and prospective customers, the platform allows users to manage their entire solar journey through a single digital interface. Services such as panel cleaning, inspections, performance checks and maintenance can be booked with a 24-hour service commitment. The platform also serves as a verified information hub for government solar subsidies, explaining eligibility, benefits and application processes, while featuring Play & Earn and Refer & Earn programmes to encourage customer engagement and growth.
A key highlight of the launch was Satya AI, the company’s AI-powered brand ambassador. Built as an extension of the service framework developed by 3EA Global, Satya AI provides instant, 24×7 assistance. It responds to customer queries in real time, offers guidance on solar services and maintenance, educates users on subsidies and solar economics, and delivers personalised advisory for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
Speaking to the media, Satya Solar Systems Founder Mr. Parth Gupta said Satya AI brings speed, intelligence and consistency to solar customer service. He noted that modern customers expect immediate clarity and support, and the AI-driven system ensures that every customer receives timely and accurate guidance.
Positioning itself as “Service ka Superstar,” Satya Solar aims to build a brand centred on accountability, responsiveness and lifetime customer support, strengthened by AI and digital infrastructure. Mr. Gupta said that while the partnership with Tata Power Solar provides strong technological backing, the company’s key differentiator is its service-led business model developed in collaboration with 3EA Global. Through the PWA and Satya AI, Satya Solar is embedding after-sales service as a continuous engagement that begins at installation and extends throughout the system’s lifespan.
With this initiative, Satya Solar Systems—supported by the feasibility study, business model and plan developed by 3EA Global—is setting new benchmarks in AI-enabled customer support, structured after-sales service, solar subsidy awareness and scalable service-driven solar models. The initiative aligns closely with India’s renewable energy goals by ensuring that solar adoption is not only rapid but also informed, supported and sustainable.
The launch of the Satya Solar Mobile PWA and Satya AI marks a clear shift in the Indian solar industry from installation-led growth to lifetime service ownership. By addressing gaps identified through the Pan-India feasibility study, Satya Solar is creating a scalable, trust-based model that enhances transparency, customer confidence and long-term value across the sector.
Reiterating this vision, Mr. Gupta said, “Our partnership with Tata Power Solar gives us strong technological backing, but our real differentiation lies in service. For us, service does not end at installation—it begins there.
