KPI Green Energy has received new orders from companies within the Adani Group to carry out electrical, civil and related works for a 300 MWac renewable energy project at the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Gujarat, the company said on Tuesday, Businessworld reported.
The contracts were awarded by Adani Green Energy Six and Adani Green Energy, according to a regulatory filing submitted to stock exchanges.
Under the agreement, KPI Green Energy will handle alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) electrical work along with civil construction tasks such as building pile foundations, installing stubs and setting up module mounting structures. The company will also install solar modules, structures for robotic cleaning systems and inverter duty transformer (IDT) stations.
In addition, KPI will supply DC, AC and high-tension electrical equipment, excluding the main equipment, in line with the service and purchase orders issued by the Adani Group entities.
With these latest deals, KPI Green Energy’s total orders from Adani Group companies for projects at Khavda have increased to 834 MWac, equivalent to 1,131 MWdc. This figure includes a previously announced order for 534 MWac, or 726 MWdc, disclosed on January 16, 2026.
The company said the new contracts reflect its ongoing role as an execution partner for large utility-scale renewable energy projects and support its strategy to strengthen its project delivery capabilities. The work will be carried out in phases based on the timelines specified in the agreements.
For the third quarter of FY26, KPI Green Energy reported a consolidated net profit of ₹125.80 crore, marking a 48% increase from a year earlier. Total income reached Rs 676.05 crore, while expenses rose to Rs 508.66 crore.
