Maharashtra-based solar engineering company Enrich Energy has secured a 300 MW solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for a utility-scale project at Anta in Rajasthan, Energetica India reported.
The turnkey agreement has been formally signed between the two companies, marking the start of work on the project. Enrich said the development will expand its presence in large-scale solar installations and strengthen its growing EPC portfolio.
Ishwar Chand Mangal, Executive Chairman and Board Member of Enrich, described the order from NTPC as a significant milestone for the company. He said the project supports Enrich’s goal of emerging as a leading player in solar and energy storage solutions and aligns with efforts to strengthen India’s renewable energy infrastructure.
Ankit Kanchal, Founder and Managing Director of Enrich, said the contract reflects the company’s progress in building engineering and project management capabilities. He added that the project enhances the company’s order book and supports its long-term growth plans in line with national clean energy goals.
With the new contract, Enrich said it is further consolidating its position in the country’s utility-scale solar segment by focusing on timely execution and sustainable infrastructure development.
